NIGRON™ 4K Discovery Microscope

The microscope kids actually want to pick up. The NIGRON™ 4K Discovery Microscope is a pocket-sized digital microscope with a built-in colour screen. There is no eyepiece to squint through and no phone or app to set up. Switch it on, hold it over anything, turn the focus wheel, and the hidden detail appears on screen.

Leaves, insect wings, fabric fibres, coins, soil, a strand of hair: everyday things turn into a small science expedition, at home, in the garden, at school or at grandma's house.

How it works

1. Turn it on. Press the power button and the screen lights up.
2. Choose a magnification. Zoom anywhere between 200x and 1000x.
3. Place it over your sample. A leaf, a coin, a fabric, a slide, anything small enough to inspect.
4. Turn the focus wheel until the image is crisp.
5. Capture it. Take a photo or record a short video with one press.
6. Review or transfer. Look back on the screen or connect the USB cable to move files to a computer.
