Cancel Order Policy

We know plans can change. This page explains how order cancellations work at NIGRON™.

Cancellation window

You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, for any reason. Email us at nooralbraiji@gmail.com with your order number and we will take care of it.

After 12 hours

Once an order has been processed or shipped we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, you can return it under our Refund Policy once it arrives.
